All continental USA + Canada orders ship USPS Priority Mail for FREE.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a waybill number for tracking purposes.

Free international shipping is available for any orders over $200.
International orders under $200 ship via USPS Global Express Mail at a flat rate of $48 worldwide.

Importation Fees // Customs, duty, and import fees may apply if your order is shipped to a destination outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all customs, duty, and import fees for any Ethique212 order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer returns for a full refund for any full-price continental USA orders within 3 days of receipt of order. In order to initiate a return, please contact us at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not accepts any returns that have not been issued an official RA number.
We offer exchanges for full-price continental USA orders within 3 days of receipt of order.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the continential USA.
All merchandise must be shipped back to Ethique212 in new, un-used, + non-damaged condition in order for a return or exchange to be granted.
All sale merchandise, including merchandise purchased using a discount code, is FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.
Ethique212 stands behind its bags + jewelry with a one year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this one year period. Repair inquiries should be directed to the Ethique212 Concierge at firstname.lastname@example.org. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 1 week.
